Clauses About Protection
Clauses for protection are another elements in a tenancy agreement. However, these clauses may not be included in the tenancy agreement, but written separately as a waiver agreement. Protection clauses are more focused on providing authority to the landlord to legally enter the premises of a rented property without permission or even when the occupants are not around. A landlord, in particular, may enter to perform repairs or during emergency situations.

Protecting Tenants right
In general, landlords have the right to show the property to prospective tenants even before the current tenants have not moved out. This is part of the normal operations of the leasing business. However, landlords need to ask the current tenants what time would be the most convenient for the showing.
